We will remember Charlie as a good neighbor and friend. He was always smiling and happy! We will miss him.

One of my favorite memories of Charlie was working with him and Rosemary making cement "scottie dog" address markers for homes. He would make the concrete form and Rosemary and I would paint them white, sell them door to door then paint the address on in black and deliver them to each buyer. Ro and I got 50 cents apiece. It was fun! A great memory of a great man.
