Not sure what to say?

To Jackie and family,
I am sorry to hear about your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with your family in this time of need.Sorry I can not make it to the services but I am thinking of you. Rest in Peace.

Mr. Kelleher,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army during WW II in Europe as a member of the 76th "Onaways" Infantry Division. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. The 76th advanced more than 400 miles against hostile resistance in 110 days of combat, captured more than 33,000 prisoners and crossed 20 rivers including the Rhine River in Germany.
