I have lived out of the U.S. for the past ten months and only now learned of Chuck's passing. He and I had reconnected in the last two years for which I am very greatful. Chuck was more than a great partner in fighting crime he was a sincere honest friend who's deep feelings and strong belief in right and wrong made him one fantastic caring officer.
