Not sure what to say?

Five Years has flown by quickly. When I look back on my Army career I always think of Charlie. Brings a big smile to my face. He was one of my mentors throughout my career. We had a lot of fun during my four years of working with him. CPT Kid

Chummy was a childhood friend and playmate. My brother Ray and I lived next door to the Kerls all our growing up years. I missed him very much. Margie Blowers Ghetti T

Chummy, my brother, Ray Blowers, and myself were childhood friends many, many years ago on Green Street, McVille.
We were neighbors living next door to each other for a number of years. I was just now going to try and find Chummy when my son, who knew someone in McVille told him that Chummy had passed.
Never put off til tomorrow because it may be too late.
My best wishes to his family and friends and I wish them well. He sounds like a wonderful man..

Chum was a wonderful man and I am proud he was my beloved cousin. When we saw each other after a long time, Chum would bring with him the loving Kerls connection of all the Kerls already passed and we would be one big, happy family again.

What a guy! Always happy, fun and great to be with. We will miss him. Full of the Spirit of MHS Class of 57! He was the backbone of our Class. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all

To Charlie's family,
I know how blessed you all were to have had Charlie in your lives and we are so sorry for you loss. We came to know Charlie through our lunch business in dowwntown Albany, Sandwiches To Go. He was a loyal patron for years. He was always cheerful and was quick to smile and laugh. In his retirement he would meet with his friend Bob and we looked forward to their visits. They both brightened our day.
Charlie, thanks for the memories and may you rest in peace!

Charlie was a great guy. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
