Not sure what to say?

Sept 12, 2020::::so sorry, just read this. Old friends from the Navy. We knew Chuck and Louise at two Naval stations. I remember when Stephnie was born. Once on Guam, we flew to Tinnian for the day. Mr. President of the Island ,met us in a pickup truck. He took us to the school house for lunch. They boiled us coconut crabs for lunch, which were buttery and delicious. What a day trip. Lots of fun.
Louise and Chuck were going to Manila for Christmas. I only knew two people (old...

Our condolences to the Kiger family on Chuck's passing. It was always enjoyable to spend time with Chuck - he always had great stories to tell. Judi worked with Chuck at Merrill Lynch. Jim also learned to fly under Chuck's instruction and had many adventures with the Civil Air Patrol. Chuck will be missed.

Chuck was a unique what-you-see-is-what-you-get generous friend. We worked together at Merrill Lynch for many years and I sometimes think of him yelling at the computer monitor, and the fun trips in his airplane. Condolences and best wishes to his family and friends.

When I think of Chuck I know that he lived life to the fullest and shared that with all who knew him. He was always on a new adventure with as many of his family members he could get to join him. He would light up when sharing stories of his travels or talking about his family. I hope he is enjoying this next grand adventure. Sending Louise, Stephanie, Derek, and Teri love - my heart is with you.

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), I offer our sincere condolences on Charles' passing. You and your loved ones are in our thoughts and prayers. We are forever grateful for Charles' service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service. To our Brother we say, Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones who remain. Thank you for your service to our country.

Chuck will be missed. He was a great pilot; I always enjoyed flying with him. CAP was lucky to have him in our squadron. When at Merrill Lynch, I enjoyed chatting with him. Again Chuck will be missed.

I am grateful to our Lord for our Loved Ones presence in our lives, it was truly a blessing . My "Power of Faith" allows me to realize that the pain of the loss is for me. I won't have them to accompany me in life's journey any longer. and their memory is all we will have until we meet again. My pain is not for them. With my " Power of Faith", I believe with all my heart, that the joy they are feeling and the paradise they are now in, cannot be described in any earthly way. I pray...

I am sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. I was lucky to have worked with Chuck at Merrill Lynch and he also helped me join the Civil Air Patrol and helped me with my flying. I truly enjoyed all the time we shared. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers
