Charles L. "Boots" Knapp

I am so sorry to hear of Boots passing. He was a long time friend of my parents, Bob & Harriett Smith of Mt. Carroll. I heard many stories from my father of their younger years growing up in Coe Township. The last time I saw him was when he came to my mothers funeral many years ago.
