Charles Darius Knapp

I was searching for the obit of my uncle Darius Lee Knapp when this one came up. I´m so sorry to hear of his passing but rejoice with the family that Charles is in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It´s especially meaningful to me and our family as Charles past from life to life hereafter two weeks after my wife of 57 years, Myra, went home to be with the Lord. Our love and prayers to you all. Charles was my dorm mate at the University of South Alabama at Mobile in 1991. We had a calculus class together and had a great time just hanging out. I'm sorry I didn't stay in touch over the years, and now I'm heartbroken to know that my old friend is gone. It's good to hear that he loved the Lord Jesus. My condolences to his family.

Charles always brought a smile to my face!! I was blessed to know him!!

Oh i am so saddened for you all. He was a great friend and sad lost touch. My nephew who is now 30 would always ask " how´s Cracker" . I let him know about his passing and he remembered Charles.
