My sincere condolences to Charlie's family on his passing I first met Charlie on 6/23/1966 when we both joined the N.Y.S.P. as Uniform Troopers & served together in Troop A SP Avon & Troop E SP Geneseo. Charlie was a good guy and I enjoyed working with him & spent many off duty hours together hunting. Charlie was an excellent N.Y.S. Trooper and served N.Y.S. in an outstanding manner & was well respected by all that knew him. I'll always have fond memories of Charlie.
