It is always sad for me to hear one of my team mates has passed. Spud was a Senior my Junior year and one of the leaders of the team. My condolenses to the family. He has now re-united with his lovely wife Doris a class mate of mine. I will miss both of them.

I worked with Chuck for 20 some odd years at Ethyl. He was a hard-nose company man who knew all the ropes about how to get along with people and tried to instill that in all whom he encountered. Knowing how he loved Doris, I suspect he was a lost soul without her. God Bless his soul and his famiy. RIP Chuck.

Spud and his Father and Mother were friends of ours in Freeport 1948. He was alwas my mother's favorite. I will miss him very much. He is now finished with the health problems.
May God take care of him now for a happy time above and beyond.

Spud and I were very close friends - we loved each other dearly as friends - there is nothing he wouldn't do for me or anyone else - he was definitely one of a kind and cared for everyone he knew - he had a wonderful wife, Doris - I know she made Spud's life very happy and he missed her dearly - so now they are both at peace and free of pain and sorrow - God Bless you both!

Spud and Doris were two of my very best friends. Spud and I became even closer this past years we talked almost daily. He was blessed with wonderful children. Hard working abd always ready to help a friend as well as others. You kept the faith and earned your eternal rest so sleep now sweet friend with the Angels and the Saints. I will miss you.
