Charles was an old school craftsman. Detailed in all he made. One of the nicest guys you would ever meet. We need more like Him.

To Kay and the boys, I am so sorry for your loss. I have such good memories of Charlie from being my baseball coach and 4-H leader. I remember it like it was yesterday the day my Dad Archie was killed in 1976 I had a baseball game at Havens Chapel and when Charlie found out he brought me to Kearney to my Grandma's house and I knew he was sad because he had tears in his eyes but he couldn't tell me. So sorry for the loss of our friend Charlie! We have many memories of the times we stopped to visit and check out the looms and the sheep/lambs to see what new projects were going on.
