Gerry and Family: We were truly heartbroken by your phone call telling us about Charles passing. I enjoyed our phone conversations with the both of you since he retired and moved to Lady Lake, FL to live. He always felt that he was ten years younger being there and able to enjoy playing sports. So sorry to hear about Charlie's passing. I worked with him at AVSCOM in DAS. I remember talking to Charlie right after his retirement and he was so excited about retiring to The Villages in Florida. When I think about Charlie, I remember his great sense of humor and he always had a smile.

So sorry to hear of Charles' passing. So many fond memories of him in the neighborhood. Can still hear him (in my mind) "whistling" for all of the kids to come in! You have my deepest sympathy along with my parents!
