I have known Charles and Paula for many, many years. Charles and I worked together at Chevrolet Motor division and Hendrick Automotive. I know Charles to have been a loyal and dedicated friend and a person of upmost integrity. Charles and Paula were an inspiration to all , they were inseparable in all aspects of their lives. My heart goes out to Paula and all members of the Lacy family. May GOD bless and GOD speed his comfort and healing touch to one and all. Jim Perkins
