I was so sorry to hear about Charlies passing. He was so very adored by all staff on 4-2400 as well as the LVAD clinic. One of our favorites! He really lived life to the fullest after receiving his LVAD, always talking about his grandchildren. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am heartbroken to hear about Chuck's passing. I have so many great memories of growing up with Chuck and the Liggett family. He had so much energy and a great sense of humor. My deepest condolences to his family, of whom he was very proud and loved very much, to his friends, and to Thomas, Linda, Donna, and John. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I would like to send my condolences to the family. I met Chuck through his hairdresser. My boyfriend Tim at the time had just passed. He too had an LVAD and Chuck and I were able to share stories about it. He was truly a kind and wonderful person and I am so happy to have known him.

Some knew him as Chuck, some new him as Charlie.....all knew him as a piece of work!
Funny, caring, engaging, a good guy- he was a friend to all! Whether golfing, going out for dinner which always included adult beverages, building floats for parades, camping with the Girl Scouts, speaking to teachers about engineering careers and way too many stories about inspecting bridges, he was all in for the work and all in for the fun!
He also was a musical talent with a...
