Not sure what to say?

Charlie was one of the first people I met upon moving to Marion in 1998. He was always gracious, warm, with a great sense of humor. Over the years we talked a lot about the Tampa area. I will miss knowing he is around. My sympathies to the family.

He was a kind and thoughtful man and will be missed by all of us. I am sending lots of hugs and prayers to all of the family.

Such a kind, sweet , genuine man, you and that smile will defintely be missed. Blessed to have had you in my life. Thank you for being you. I will miss you.

Prayers for you all during these difficult times.Judge Lincoln was a good man.

So sorry of his passing may God hold you close and get you all through this hard time Smyth County sure lost one of their best R.I.P. Charlie

My sincere condolences to Charlie's sons, nephews, and entire family. May God's love and your happy memories bring you peace. Charlie was a good neighbor, and I will so miss his warm smile.

Prayers for the family during this very difficult time. Charlie was a great guy with a really good sense of humor. Imm so sorry for your loss.

You could never have a better friend hear better stories or feel better about being around someone than Charlie. Charlie and I were appointed as judges at the same time in 1999 along with Lee Chitwood, Anita Filson, Rossie Alston and several others. When we all met at our first conference/training this group bonded like glue.
I know all of us benefited greatly from each other. Our hearts are heavy for everyone especially his family and prayers go with you in the days ahead.

To a wonderful person and dear friend. Charlie will be missed. He was an inspiration as a friend and gentleman. Condolences to the entire family.
