Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies to Mary Ellen and her family. Although I never met Charlie, I did attend high school with Mary Ellen, who first introduced me to the name of author-philosopher Ayn Rand and her novel Atlas Shrugged. I shall forever be grateful to Mary Ellen for that introduction to this brilliant author and philosopher whose works I have read and whose talks I attended in Boston, MA in later years.

Sincerely,
Paul Saunders

My greatest sympathy for Charlie's family and many friends on his passing. I met Charlie many years ago through N.A.P.E. and the New England States Association of Power Engineers.

He always brightened up our events (especially the Holiday parties). He was so interesting and super nice. I will miss him greatly.

Sincere Serenity

I first met Charlie in 1980 when I worked with him at the G & E. I was a young man learning the boiler business and Charlie was a great help not only sharing his knowledge but his humor and life lessons. He truly was one of a kind. My condolences to the family. Bill ONeil, ISB.

Kate,
We as a family would like to express our sincere sympathy on the passing of your dad.

My condolences to Mr. Lockhart's family. Like other fellow members of the Pearl Harbor Survivors' chapter, he was always generous in sharing his recollections of that fateful day 77 years ago to ensure new generations would understand what happened on Dec. 7, 1941 and how it impacted our world. He was indeed a member of America's Greatest Generation.

God Bless you Charlie Lockhart and Bon Voyage
