Not sure what to say?

i just found out today 1-17-2021... im so sorry to hear this.....our prayers are with you and the family...

Charlie was alway an inspiration. He always looked at life from the positive side and was concerned about the welfare of others. He loved Debra, his family and was proud to be a Locklear. He departed too soon and will be greatly missed.

Charlie will always hold a special place in my heart! Debra, and family, I am truly sorry for your loss.

Charlie was a good friend to all who knew him. I worked with him in 1964 and 1965 in the lab at Pepperell Manufacturing Co and then again at Plant Bowen. He made people laugh. He was poker buddie of mine. We played for many years. My prayers go out to Debra and the family and friends. He was a good man. R.I.P.

Pat,
Am so sorry to hear of Charles death.
He and my husband Billy, were friends many years ago. I went to school with him at Pepperell for a year.
You and all of the family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Debra, I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers

Charlie was a friend to Grady and me since PHS days. Charlie stepped up when Grady needed to talk about the house we were building. Charlie and I share July 23 birthdays. We always made a point to wish one another a Happy Birthday. Debra, I am so sorry for your loss, Charlie
was a good friend, when Grady needed a good friend, there was Charlie. I am so thankful for his presence in our lives.

You will be missed dear friend...

With loving memories.
