Charles passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014. Charles was a resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota at the time of his passing. Visitation 10:00 ' 11:00 a.m. Wednesday November 12th at Mount Olivet Baptist Church, 451 W. Central Ave., St. Paul. Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery with military honors.
