Chuck was one of our clients at HKC. My husband and I would love to chat with him about cooking whenever he came in, especially authentic Italian cuisine. He was so passionate about my husband conquering the perfect pizza, that he even gifted us a pizza stone during one visit. He had been making delicious homemade pizza ever since. Unfortunately, we lost my husband last Saturday. We will honor both their memories every time the kids and I make pizza together. I know they´re up in Heaven...
