Not sure what to say?

Dr. Lowery was my MA and PHD major professor during my years at MSU, and he oversaw both my MA Thesis and PHD Dissertation research and completion years. Needless to say, he always will have a super "personal" special place in my memory. Charles A. Risher

We are saddened to learn about your loss. May you find comfort in knowing that God collects our tears and is ready to comfort us in our moment of need - Psalm 56:8.

So sorry for the loss of your dear love one. May you have peace and may God comfort your grieving heart

My deepest sympathies. May the God of all comfort strengthen the entire family during this time of sorrow. Always remember that God keeps in his memory those whom we lose because they are precious in his eyes. (Psalms 116:15)

My prayers and sympathy to the family. I spent my childhood across the street from this fine family.

My condolences to Susie and family. Charles was a great support to me in my career as a fresh grad student just off the boat from Ireland. He helped make Mississippi State feel like home. A great loss to the MSU family and to the profession of history. I am very sorry for your loss. David Gleeson, Northumbria University.

I am truly deeply sorry for your Loss. My warmest condolences to out to the family and friends of Charles. May the God of all comport Grant you peace and strength during difficult time (psalm 91:1 ).
