My sister, Mitzi Smith Harker and I were out of town together when we heard of Charles' passing. He was our cousin and always present at the Wooldridge Family Reunion each year. He impressed us at an early age with a sense of humor that surpassed his physical challenges. His determination was an incredible thing to see. Later he was an amazing brilliant man professionally. No one deserves peace in Heaven more than Charles...God Bless

A life fully lived by any measure, rich with accomplishments and contributions to civilization.
