Condolences to Richard, Lisa and Ryan, as well as the extended family. I've enjoyed numerous visits and conversations with Charles over the years. He loved his family, sports, (Reds & Browns!), and was a voracious reader. He liked regaling me with anecdotes from the past, especially with how he remodeled the Old Homestead on Kramer Rd back in the day.
