I was a neighbor and friend of Charlie when he was 6 yrs old and through high school, though I have not seen him since. I am saddened to hear of his passing, though I am sure he is in the best place of all now. Charlie was always one of my favorites, a true gentleman. I am also a classmate of his brother Bill. To Bill and the entire family, my sincere sympathy, and may God bless you and keep you.
