So sorry to hear about Charlie. He was so caring and giving and truly loved his wife, Ruthie. I loved the way he came to the Palmer Senior Center to check up on his beloved. I know you will miss him dearly, as well as many watching him walk on the streets of Palmer. Thank you for sharing him with us all these years.
