Charles Edward Mayfield

I extend my sympathies to Margaret Shelver, Ed Mayfield's significant other for the past 19 years. Margaret gave of herself to take care of Ed during his illnesses over the past 19 years. Ed was on his way to the Midwest when he passed en route to a new beginning. Margaret Shelver will miss Ed the most as she was his companion and caregiver. Ed will be missed - I have been a neighbor of Ed's and Margaret's for the past 9 years and I've never met a nicer couple. Ed, your heavenly father...

We are so sorry to hear this. Ed and I traveled around the western part of the US in 1957/58 and spent some time in California. Our prayers go out to Ed's family.
