In the city of Fayetteville, Charles will be truly missed. It hurt me when I heard that he had passed because he was kind, outspoken, and full of energy. My Mother, sister, husband and me would sit on the porch with him and talk for hours. He will live on in our memories. I am praying for the entire family.
