What a life!! Rex just kept going like the ever ready battery. I worked for the Bridge District and drove up to Crescent City with Rex and Carl Harrington to welcome the Del Norte. We weren't sure how many people would come out to see the boat...what a nice surprise to see a long, long line of people proud of a ferry named after their county. Reading Rex's obituary, he did have a great life and was a very talented man. I'm happy to have known him.., RIP.
