Not sure what to say?

My Friend is gone. I will miss talking to him. A lot of years have come and gone but we always keep in touch. I will miss my friend. Deepest sympathy to the McDuffie Family. Charles will be missed by many that he meet thru the years and he will definitely be missed by me.

I served with Charles "Charlie" McDuffie in the 701st AS at Charleston AFB SC. Charlie was a loadmaster Flight Chief and senior loadmaster on C141 A/B aircraft. He flew many vital missions during Desert Storm and other international concerns. He was a Master Sergeant who was excellent in his skills, contributing to the accomplishment of missions where he was a participant. Charlie, thank you for your many years of service, from a grateful nation, and the many crewmembers who were able to...

Charlie and I flew a lot of missions together during the 70's and 80's. We flew out of Vietnam on April 26, 1975. One of the last C-141 airlifts bringing refugees out of Vietnam. He was good, honest, and of good character.

I was one of Charles's crewmates from the 701st MAS,Charleston AFB.We flew together many times. He worked so very hard at his job, never more so than during the trying times of the first Gulf War.He was excellent at what he did,and with a wonderful attitude, was a pleasure to serve with.I was one of the unit's Aircraft Commanders and his work made everything I did look easy.
My condolences to the whole Family.

To The McDuffie Family

I knew Charles for many years in the 707th Squadron. We flew many times together, and I always respected him for the excellent job he did. Always hate to see when another brother heads west, and I will always remember him.
