Not sure what to say?

It's already been 2 years since you went to Heaven. I miss you so much, Dad. Love Always....Your Son, Charles Jr

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Charles and I were neighbors during most grade-school years. He was my best good buddy. Knew his family well. His dad 'Mac' would take me and him and his brother fishing several time; to Galveston, Texas City or Seabrook. What fun we had. Then came high-school graduation. We went different ways. His family moved to Texas City soon after. Only saw each other during school reunions.

In many classes in school, Charles and I visited before class started. Some teachers seated us in alphabetical order, and I got to know all my Irish heritage classmates, like McFadden and McLoud. RIP Charles.

She still looks for him when we walk out to the cabin, or she hears his voice on my phone. It´s been 4 months today, since he passed. I always joked with him, that she loved him best. He would say "no honey, she loves, u too". But we both knew the truth. I can´t imagine how happy she would be if he came through the door, once more. Me, too, Birdy, me too.

Mac and I went thru Fire School together and I kept in touch thru the Fire Dept. but sadly I lost contact with him the last few years He always had a smile for anyone I will miss him His memorial service was absolutely wonderful and I hope your family will lean on each other with Macs passing I did not know he lived in Crockett as I have a weekend place there David Sharp HFD 1967 -2007
