I was one of his niece's by marriage to Irene. Uncle Chuck was a wonderful, sincere man who as a child would allow us to chase him and drive his car. He would always lift us up by our ears and listen to us giggle as we cried more please. He loved my sisters and I unconditionally and best of all we were blessed to love him and have him in our lives. I am so very sorry we didn't know of his passing.
