Just received the sad news of Charlie McGinnis. I worked with Charlie for almost 2 decades. Charlie, AKA "BUGSY" a handle given to him by his friends at the BPD. I remember when he use to say - HEY, I GOT SOMETHING TO TELL YOU! an hour later he was still telling his funny colorful stories. Charlie was a good officer and a good friend.
RIP my Brother!
