Chip and I go back to 1989 when he and I began at Freedom Mortgage. We quickly became friends and ultimately became best of friends who confided in each other with all the good and bad things going on in our lives. He was the most generous and positive guy I've ever known. Chip, Bob, and I had some good times together, going to sporting events and having drinks. He would come to most of the family events we had. Celebrating birthdays and graduations! We are going to miss his bubbly personality. Always had nice things to say to everyone. Wished we would have had more time!

I was privileged to know Chip through his job. He always made a point to speak with me and always had a compliment ready to share. I will miss seeing him and his smile. He was a true gentleman.
