Charlie, Thanks for all the memories, you were a true blue dedicated man in all walks of life. Thanks for being a friend.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. It was through our affiliation with the Oriole Advocates I had the pleasure of befriending Charlie. He will be greatly missed.
