I was a funeral directing student at SUNY Farmingdale and I remember Professor Metzroth as one of the "best of the best". He had the ability to translate his life experiences in the field into interesting and memorable learning lessons. I'll always remember the many classes and field trips I had with him; my sincere condolences to the family and friends he leaves behind.
