Not sure what to say?

I don´t know him personally, but as a future corpsman, and deep down someone who wants to help people, he´s one of the few people I look up to. I know he was a great man and I pray that he rests in peace. Hooah.

Luke was one of the mile markers for the run this weekend.

Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Milam Family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to troops in Afghanistan this week and we'll be dedicating several of these to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and the hometown of Charles Luke Milam US Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by...

Luke, You're a very special soul and we all think of you often. You'll Never be forgotten by anyone you've ever come in contact with. As someone said in this book, we all have little things you did or said that will stay with us forever. I'll never forget how you slept with your eyes open, used to freak me out but could understand why. Your eyes had stories you lips would never speak. Rest in Peace my friend.

It has been 5 years now not sure where the time has gone.It helps me to read these letters of love for Luke.He touched all of our lives that we will never forget. We are all blessed now I'm sure you can hear him say go out there and live your lives and make a difference.Thank you so very much for your kind loving words.

Miss you little brother. Today the New York Times published your picture along with 2000 of your brothers and sisters. Take good care of them...

Still missing you...but find joy in things I used to take for granted, you can only be credited with.

Never forgotten!!
