To Chip's family and friends - I was so sorry to miss the funeral as I was out of town, but wanted to send my sympathy and thoughts to you today. I worked with Chip for years when he was a realtor with Carl Colony Real Estate and considered him a dear friend. Chip was an outstanding agent and was highly respected by both his clients and peers. He held his standards high and worked hard to maintain the dignity of the position he held. Chip was a friend first and an agent second to everyone...
