Charles was a tremendous person. He was always so loving and caring. He was my Lieutenant at DeKalb SO in 1977 and truly became part of my family. He was always there for me and I loved him dearly. I can´t believe he has passed but I know he is in heaven making everyone laugh. God bless, rest in peace!
