I cant believe it has been six years. I still think about Charlie often. He was one of my favorite patients and he was a wonderful man.

I was so sorry to hear about Charlie's passing. I had a special place in my heart for him that grew over these past several years that I was blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him. He was a wonderful man and will be dearly missed.
