John and I just returned from vacation and were shocked to hear of your husband's death. He was always so kind and friendly to us and we will remember you both at our weekly adoration and daily prayers. John and Karin Welch

Charlie and I met in classes at South Alabama in 1970 and quickly became friends. I worked for the Campus Police as a building guard, when I became a regular police officer, Charlie took over my building guard job. Later, when I graduated and started teaching school, Charlie took over my position as a campus policeman. Charlie did an excellent job and went on to become a sergeant. I learned a lot from Charlie; he had a way of simplifying things that make sense out of a complicated world. He...

CHARLIE MOORE, YOU RASCAL. IT WAS GREAT SEEING YOU AT THE REUNION IN NOVERMBER. YOU LOOKED GREAT......THE ALMIGHTY RULES AND ONLY WANTS THE GOOD.

I REMEMBER YOU LIVING DOWN THE STREET ON MACY. YOU ALWAYS HAD A PROJECT GOING IN YOUR GARAGE. SOME EXCITING AND SOME OF A DANGEROUS NATURE.

YOU WERE A KIND PERSON AND CONSIDERATE FRIEND. TWO THINGS STICK IN MY MIND ABOUT YOU.

We offer our deepest condolences to the family of Charles Moore, especially to our daughter-in-law, Allison (Moore) Gatrone. We recently met Charlie at Ralph and Allison's wedding and found him to be charming, fun, and a Southern gentleman. He will be missed.

My family's prayers are offered for Charlie and his family.
