Not sure what to say?

Dear Michael and Spencer,

We were deeply saddened to learn of your dad's death. Both he and your mom were such special friends, that we will always have wonderful memories of our times together. Our love and deepest sympathy goes out to you and your entire family at this difficult time.

Mike and Spencer: Via email just this week, Natalie and John passed on the news about your Dad. I did not know your folks too well, but knew you boys when in your youth, you and my children were active in Bellaire United Methodist Church, in school, and Christian organizations. Your Mom and Dad loved and cared for two boys who grew into fine children of God. They could not be more proud of you. You must have wonderful memories that the two of you and family can share.

We were saddened to hear of your father's death. Although we only knew him for a short time, we could tell that he had a great sense of humor. Your father was very helpful to our father, and he will be greatly missed.
Paul and Marianne Walker (Judge Walker's family)

My Father, Richard Kline, asked me to send this note. He had worked in the same building (3810 Westheimer) with your Father for approximately 20 years. He had many fond memories of your Dad and was saddened to learn of his passing. Please know that your Father is remembered by others - even those he hadn't seen for 10+ years.

God bless you and your family, Spencer...Losing my Dad rocked my world, and I hope you all are managing alright. I see from the article on this site that your father had a wonderfully full life! I'm sure he and your mother will continue to love and care for you in their new and better life.

Spencer-
We are all so saddened to hear about your Dad's passing. He was a great man. I still think of all of us as those little kids at Lovett Elementary and it is hard to believe that we are now old enough to be losing our parents. Having lost our Dad more than seven years ago now, I can tell you that it never gets easier. You just have to trust in your fond memories of your parents and keep him alive in your heart, your thoughts and prayers.
We are always here for you if you...

spencer,
i loved your dad. he was sharp, kind, witty and always had a twinkle in his eye. you have loved your dad with the faithful, generous spirit you got from your beautiful mom and loyal dad. no doubt you will carry both of their spirits on into your family now. i hope there is comfort in all the love surrounding you. we are sad with you for your loss.
we love you,
beth and merrill

Dean was a great guy and a long time friend from the class of 1947 at Alamo Heights. We played a lot of softball and itramural foorball together. I have kept touch with him for all these years. I will miss his good humor and laughter.

My sympathy to all his family.

Sincerely
