Not sure what to say?

He was such a good man. So interested in everyone and everything, a master teller of the stories of his life. Always present in the moment making you feel special and loved. Always welcoming everyone into his home and heart. We was beloved and is missed. Nick Cihak - Berkeley, CA

I feel very fortunate to be connected to the entire Moore family since my childhood over 40 years ago. Chuck was the finest man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Warm, open, friendly, sincere, caring, helpful, generous, funny, and compassionate, are only a few words that immediately come to mind when I think of him. He served a role model in life and a mentor while working for him. All my love to Jimmy, Andrea, & Rex.

During our active political years in Santa Cruz County we have fond memories of going into Moore's Graphics and being greeted by a smiling and always so helpful Chuck Moore. He had a wonderful smile that just made you feel warm inside and made your day. He never lost that and we will miss him very much. Loved the BBQ's Chuck and Elizabeth. We'll miss Chuck dearly. All our love to Elizabeth and the family.

I lived next door to Chuck and Jimmie for over 20 years. He was my landlord- but more important he was my mentor and friend. He was always welcoming and a gracious host at the many gatherings that took place at his wonderful hilltop retreat. He shared generously from his well tended garden. My wife and I will miss Chuck in more ways than words can express.

Every meeting of this beautiful man contained laughter; a most wonderful and rare treasure. Farewell, Chuck.

Thanks for your hospitality!

We loved Chuck and Elizabeth from the moment we met them this past year. Even with Chuck's dementia he exuberated love and kindness and would all of a sudden talk of the past so vividly. This enabled us to feel like we knew them both for a very long time. It was such a joy to be with him! We will sadly miss him and our thoughts and prayers go out to Elizabeth and family. Love, John, Nancy, Mandy and Jenna Moore

I'll always remember Chuck's tinkling eyes, permanent smile, warm greeting and charming stories. A true Irish Gentle Man, with enormous optimism for life, family and friends.

Great-Uncle Chuck was a wonderful man. He welcomed me into Marty's extended family 30 years ago was always so warm and nice. I have great memories of family gatherings on the top of the mountain in Santa Cruz and they all include dear Uncle Chuck!

My Love and Condolence for the loss of a wonderful man, that was a big part of my childhood. I spent many days and nights at the Moore residence and always felt at home and welcome by Chuck and Jimmie.
He was a warm and caring person who I can still hear chuckle, and loved to show you his garden.
