Frank and my brother Tim were college roomates and best friends. They loved each other like brothers. He was such a special human being; he wanted to be everyone's friend. He is already hugely missed by everyone whose privilege it was to know him.

Frank was one of those people whom you could never forget. He was so funny and made you laugh with all his stories of high school and times with his family and friends. He was generous and compassionate to those he thought needed him even in his time of grief. He will be missed.
