My deepest, deepest sympathy to all of his family and friends. Words really cannot express a loss anyway. He was one of the most favorite persons I have ever known. As a good friend of the family, I met Charlie (Mr. Morton) when I was a around the age of 13. He made a lasting impression on me. In the relatively short time I have known Charlie, I came to admire him very much. He was a good man who loved his wife and family; was proud of his military service; and in his own way had a very deep and abiding faith in a loving and merciful God.
