Dolores, Matthew, Mark and Family, I am very sorry to hear to of the passing of Judge Mosier. He was a wonderful man, who I enjoyed seeing in Court, as well at other events. May God Bless Judge Mosier, and the Family.

My condolences and prayers for comfort. I worked with Judge Mosier in the 1970's and highly respected him.

I had the fortunate opportunity to appear before Judge Mosier on many occasions. He was the consummate professional as a jurist. Compassionate, fair and so dedicated to doing what was right. It was always a pleasure to appear in his courtroom. I have thought of him often over the years. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Dennis Lazar
