I have heard about the various charitable contributions of Mr Charles W. Mosser to my county (of origin) the Philippines. May his soul rest in peace. My prayers to his family and to those he left missing his kindness.

I've known Mr. Mosser as a person with a Golden Heart. His contributions in the Philippines especially giving out books to the depressed and deprived areas of Negros is much appreciated. I was once a witness to this endeavour and Im proud to be part of it. Mr. Mosser, you will always be remembered here especially your MOE projects. Thank you. To the family of Mr. Mosser... My deepest sympathy, may God bless your family in this time of sorrow.
