Read MoreI knew Ivan at Page HS. We were both on the track team. Ivan I believe was a distance runner. We had no stadium or track at Page so we took the bus to practice or compete at Grimsley HS. I remember talking to Ivan who was a good guy.

I believe that they are laughing in heaven, because Ivan is telling someone about one of his road trips! A good friend with a big heart and magnanimous personality, he will be missed!

We will miss Ivan at our Monday lunch club at Brazwell Sports Restaurant on Montford . Enjoyed taking Ivan for a private tour at the Honda Business Jet manufacturer at the Greensboro NC airport. Hope to play TAPS on my trumpet to honor Ivan at the conclusion of his memorial service. Don Woodside
