Not sure what to say?

Though I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Charles, I know from all you've shared, he was a gentleman, a scholar and so giving and kind. He made you happy, Carol, and that made him SUPER SPECIAL.

It's been a rewarding 45 years Charlie. God I'll miss you!

May your memory be eternal.

Thank you Carol and Gabby for fulfilling his life.

Carol, Your e-mail about Charlie's death was a shock. I knew Charlie was having some health problems when we had lunch in the spring, but did not realize how serious they were. You and Charlie were my favorite bookies and Charlie was a great friend for many years. He really surprised me when he was at my retirement party a few years ago. Please accept my deepest sympathy. You and Gabby have lost a super person, but he will always be remembered as a fantastic human being who really enjoyed life.

Carol, I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I hope it helps in some small way to know that you and Gabby are in my thoughts and prayers.

Carol & Gaby,

I am so sorry for your unexpected loss of your hushand and Gaby's father. My thoughts and prayers are with you both. The pain and grief, and emptiness I can only imagine. I remember Charlie's smile and warmth whenever Kelly and I saw him. Our deepest sympathy and love, Kim & Kelly
