Not sure what to say?

Dear Chuck,
I did not know your address, but wanted you to know how sorry and suprised I was to hear about your dad. I did not even realize he was ill. I hope your mom got my card, I have been thinking of her as well. Keep in touch.
Warm wishes,
Susan Lundgren

Dear Lydia, I was so sorry to learn about your husband. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. Fondly,

The Mugler Family,
We were sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. For more than 20 years since we came to this area, we would seek him out at Suttle's when we needed to purchase another car. He was great to work with and we will miss him.
