Our heartfelt sympathy to Claire and family. We, too, share the loss of Chuck's passing. A dearest of friends having known him for more than half a century. A resident of Glastonbury, we had often heard the Manchester pipes. In a small world story, we met Chuck at the North American Pipe Competition in Maxville, Ontario Canada. We became fast friends and heard him play individually and with the band on countless occasions from New Hampshire to Florida. We have many memories to cherish of...
