To Charlie and his Family:

We were very sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. They just don't make them like that anymore. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May wonderful memories, old stories and the legacy he left behind, help during this difficult time. David and Darryl

Charlie will be greatly missed by our family. He was always ready, able and willing to help out whenever needed - or supply an ancient but perfect condition tool to use! He truly was a great man and it was our pleasure to be able to spend as many summers with him as we were able to. Our thoughts and prayers go to the family.

My sincere condolences to Mr. Murphy's family. I only knew him from OLQP where, normally, I sat in front of him at 7:30 AM Mass. But there was something about him. I felt I was in the presence of a true gentleman. May he rest in peace.

To our life time neighbor Charlie Murphy, Rest In Peace. The Giordano's.

To Barbara, Charles, Eileen, Patti, Michael and Carol,
There is an old saying ( Neighbors by chance, friends by choice!).
I certainly had a friend in both Doris and Charlie. Our families
were like one on Summit Avenue. I am glad Charlie
and Doris are together again with Gerald and Kevin. May God keep them all in the palm of His hand. May the perpetual light shine on them always. I love you all, Aunt Pat

To the Murphy Family. Our deepest condolences on the passing of your Dad. When we were children there was always talk of "Uncle Charlie" and our Dad loved to tell stories of their escapades when they were young. The memories of seeing the two of them together (when Uncle Charlie would stop by in the patrol car) puts a smile on our faces. May your memories of such a great Dad see you through these difficult days ahead.

with deepest sympathy

My fondest memory of Charlie was his hearty laugh . Didn't matter what he was laughing about if I heard it I would start laughing. He was a fond friend and teammate . My condolence to the Murphy family. Rest in peace Charlie. Rich McGee
