Suddenly, April 21, 2005, of North Collins, NY; beloved father of Jill (Travis) Usry and Christopher (Christina) Nelligan; grandfather of Brittany, Cadence and Lane; son of Jean and the late Charles H. Nelligan; brother of Keith (Becky), William and the late Karen Nelligan; nephew of Janice Dash; uncle of Dan Nelligan. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the WENTLAND FUNERAL HOME, 10634 Main St. (Rt. 62) North Collins, NY, where the Funeral Services will be held Monday morning at 10 AM. Mr. Nelligan was a former member of the North Collins Volunteer Fire Department.
A true and special spirit that will sadly missed by many. Charlie had a special way of saying hello that could melt the coldest of heart and a hug that could lift the lowest of spirits. I'll miss you my friend.

Charlie was my step-uncle. I was stunned and very saddened by his sudden death. He will be truly missed.
